European Union - another satisfied client This is a picture of the European Union’s Headquarters Building in Sanbancho, here in Tokyo. They rent the complete building and have since 1986. Three times CIR has been very successful at renegotiating the European Union’s rental contract on this building. In fact, the last time in 2002, CIR was able to get the owner of the building to do a complete renovation at his expense. This is normally paid for by the tenant. CIR continues to assist many European and American companies in reducing office rents in the most expensive city in the world. |
